Location: Please note that the program is presented in two parts, and in two locations. 

The "hands-on" component will be held at the Benalla RSL hall, located at the Library,    (58 Nunn St).

The "Physics and Laser Show" component will be held at the Benalla Town Hall          (82 Nunn St).

Timing: Students should arrive at the Benalla Library at least 10 minutes before the allocated session time.

Students should be collected at the Benalla Town Hall, 90 minutes after the start of the allocated session time.

Reimbursement (assistance) of cost for travel: If your school has indicated on the booking form that you will need assistance with paying for the travel, please do the following:

1.    Contact the bus company and obtain a quote. (if travelling by train please advise which zone/s)
2.   Fax or email the quote to Cilla Gloger at or 9347-4783 who will let you know how much the School of Physics will be able to reimburse you for your travel.
3.   Have your principal or Business Manager complete the supplier registration form and fax it to ourselves so that the school can be placed on our payment system.
3.   After the event your School will need to fax Cilla an invoice made out to the School of Physics for the amount of the reimbursement agreed upon.  Please do not fax the quote from the bus company, even if the reimbursement amount is the same as the quote, as they are not on our payment system.
4.   The invoice will be passed on to the Finance department to pay the amount of the invoice directly in to your school's bank account.
